Steps to register your seller account
Become a Seller with Us
Start your journey with us and grow your business online. Register your store in just a few easy steps and get access to a powerful platform designed to support your success
Simply fill out the registration form with your personal and shop details, then click “Register.” You’ll receive a confirmation email to set up your password.
No, registering as a seller is completely free. There are no setup charges.
You’ll need a valid email ID, phone number, and a unique shop name. A custom shop URL will also be created for you.
Yes, once you log into your seller dashboard, you can update your shop name, URL, contact info, and more.
Payments are made directly to your bank account based on your selected payout schedule. You’ll be able to track earnings through the dashboard.
No, you can register first and add products to your store afterward when you're ready.

Terms & Conditions
By registering as a seller on Wedodo, you agree to follow our policies and service guidelines. Please review all terms carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent selling experience.
- Platform / Website: Refers to Wedodo.in operated by Wedodo Solutions LLP.
- Seller: Any individual, business, or legal entity registering to sell products through the platform.
- Customer: The end-user who purchases products from the website.
- Products: Items listed by the seller for sale on the platform.
To register as a seller on Wedodo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess valid GST registration (if applicable).
- Have a valid PAN card.
- Have an active bank account for payments.
- Be authorized to sell the products you list on the platform.
- Genuine, quality-verified products.
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, KYC documents, and bank details.
- Ensure all products listed are genuine, authentic, and legally sellable in India.
- Maintain updated stock levels and correct product information.
- Ship orders promptly and ensure safe packaging.
- Comply with all applicable laws including GST, consumer protection laws, and e-commerce guidelines.
Sellers must ensure that:
- All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and not misleading.
- No prohibited, counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are listed.
- Products comply with Indian laws, safety standards, and labeling norms.
Wedodo reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove listings that violate guidelines.
Sellers must:
- Pack and ship orders within specified timelines.
- Use reliable courier services approved by Wedodo (or provide tracking details if self-shipping).
- Ensure products reach customers safely and timely.
Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or penalties.
- Sellers are responsible for setting product prices.
- Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Sellers must generate a valid invoice for each order shipped.
Wedodo may promote discounts, but sellers will be notified if it affects payout.
- Payments will be transferred to the seller’s bank account after order completion and return window closure.
- Settlement timelines may vary depending on payment gateway and customer return cycles.
- Any refund or return approved due to seller faults will be deducted from the seller’s payout.
Sellers agree to:
- Accept returns as per Wedodo’s return policy.
- Replace defective or incorrect items at their own cost.
- Cover return shipping costs if the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly sent.
Wedodo reserves the right to decide return/refund eligibility.
Sellers must ensure that:
- Products meet the highest quality standards.
- No expired, damaged, refurbished, or previously used products are shipped.
- All products comply with Indian regulations (BIS, FSSAI, labeling laws, etc., where applicable).
Sellers must ensure that:
- No copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content is used without authorization.
- Product images, brand names, and descriptions do not infringe any third-party rights.
Violating IP rights may lead to legal action and permanent suspension.
Sellers cannot list the following:
- Illegal or counterfeit items
- Hazardous materials without compliance
- Adult, offensive, or restricted content
- Items banned by Indian law
Wedodo holds full authority to remove prohibited listings.
Wedodo may suspend or terminate a seller account if:
- Seller provides false information
- Products are frequently returned for defects
- Orders are not fulfilled consistently
- Seller violates legal, ethical, or platform policies
Sellers will be notified before termination except in severe violations.
Wedodo Solutions LLP is not responsible for:
- Seller’s legal compliance issues
- Losses caused by seller errors
- Incorrect product information provided by sellers
- Customer disputes arising from product quality
Sellers are entirely responsible for their listings and actions.
The seller agrees to indemnify Wedodo Solutions LLP against all claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:
- Violations of policies
- Sale of illegal or defective products
- Misleading product information
- Customer disputes caused by seller negligence
Wedodo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dhanbad, India.
